Start cautiously, sparingly and monitor skin tolerance. You always want to build up frequency. Ultimate A is Synergie's entry-level essential vitamin A serum. Once your skin adjusts or you are well-versed in vitamin A derivatives, you can switch up to Acceler-A. Expect to upgrade after 3 to 6 months. Purests don't combine retinol with acids as retinol works best in a neutral not acidic environment. Don’t use this vitamin A product if you are pregnant or breast feeding.
