    When you’ve plucked hair from underneath the brow for years eyebrows can migrate north. To train your brows back to the brow bone you can leave the hairs to grow underneath and overtime pluck from the top. (unless you have over-plucked the hairs underneath for years and now as a result they don’t grow at all).
