    The Esse Skincare Gel Cleanser Lowdown

    The way in which skin is cleansed is one of the most important aspects in maintaining a healthy microbial environment. In all cases we advise the use of non-sudsing cleansers, but this is one of two mildest over-achieving foaming cleansers we have found that helps clean out pores and calm breakouts without stripping the skin of moisture and disrupting the beneficial microbes needed by skin. Deeply cleansed pores mean less visible ones. 

    Mrs Ritchie's tip

    Always resist the temptation to over wash skin. We have been conditioned to think this is the best way to improve oiliness and acne however, too harsh cleansing actually triggers those already active sebaceous glands to produce even more oil.

    What to Expect

    How To Use

    DAY +/or NIGHT

    Dispense a small pump of Gel Cleanser into wet hands, lather, and massage into wet face, neck and décolletage. Rinse and pat dry. You're using too much if your skin feels squeaky clean immediately after.

    Hero Ingredients

    Coco-glucoside is mild, biodegradable plant based foaming agent for tougher oil removal.

    - Rooibos has strong anti-oxidant power to neutralise the effects of the environment on skin.

    - Aloe Leaf Juice - An anti-inflammatory plant extract that rejuvenates damaged tissue and promotes healthy, hydrated skin.

    - Peppermint and Spearmint improve micro-circulation, refresh and aid detoxification and impart a fresh, uplifting fragrance.

    The paid shipping options are:

    £4.95 for Royal Mail tracked 48 (2-3 days delivery aim)

    £6.50 for Royal Mail tracked 24 (1-2 days delivery aim)

    International shipping rates are shown at checkout.

    We recommend selecting DHL for your international orders on their express 1-2 day duty prepaid tracked service where customs clearance is seemless and automated.

    DPD and Royal mail offer by road services. Transoort and customs clearance is slower and not automated and therefore can result in delays.

    For international orders all applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay including a £5 DDP clearance handling fee.
