Delivery

We don't want anything standing between you and the best skin you've ever had!

Choose whether we ship via DPD or Royal Mail at checkout.

The cut-off for next day delivery is 1pm Monday to Thursday.

Tracked 24 is FREE for orders with the value of £50 or above.

DPD Next Day is FREE for orders with the value of £150 or above.

The paid shipping options are:

£3.95 for Royal Mail tracked 48 (for orders up to £49.99)

£5.95 for Royal Mail tracked 24 (for orders up to £49.99)

£7.95 for DPD next day guaranteed*.

Next day UK delivery is only available on orders placed Monday to Thursday. Please note, if you place an order after 1pm, this will be delivered in 2 working days. Orders placed after Friday 1pm will be dispatched from us on Monday.

- We offer a UK £13.50 Saturday delivery option with DPD for orders placed before Friday 1pm GMT. No Saturday delivery surcharge with Royal Mail deliveries but please note they aim for, but do not guarantee next day delivery.


*Next day means 1-2 days for deliveries to Northern Ireland, and 2-3 days to remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Scillies and Isle of Man.

Online track and trace numbers are assigned to packages upon shipping from our distribution centre.

European delivery £25-40 including VAT. Items will be delivered within 5 working days. A signature is required.

Returns


If you are a customer located in the EU and you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have received from us, you have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods within 14 days of them being delivered to you. 

Once the warehouse has received the returned products and we have checked that the returned products are in their original condition, you will receive an e-mail that the returned products have been accepted and a refund will be processed within 30 days. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the product and the product has not been opened, used or damaged or otherwise diminished. If you have just changed your mind about the product your refund may be subject to deductions.

You are responsible in case of loss or damage to the merchandise during transport in accordance with our returns instructions. We recommend that you use a tracked and signed for delivery service with insurance.
