NIGHT
Apply as the final step in your ritual. Massage evenly across face, neck, and chest and leave overnight. Start slowly (1–2 nights/week) and gradually as your skin dictates. Follow with Workout SPF protection in the morning.

Rest is formulated to renew and rebalance skin while minimising irritation. Younger skin can use retinoids with care to address persistent breakouts, but for most people it is best introduced from the early twenties onwards as collagen production begins to slow.

Do not use during pregnancy or if skin is fragile or reactive. HPR is a gentler form of vitamin A, but as with all retinoids caution is advised.
