UK delivery

• Complimentary 48-hour delivery on orders over £50.
• Orders under £50: £5
• Next working day: order Monday to Thursday by 1pm. Royal Mail, signed for. £7
• Next working day for Northern Ireland: 1 to 2 working days. Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Scilly and the Isle of Man: 2 to 3 working days.

International

Prices and delivery times vary depending on the delivery country and carrier. Please take this into account when placing your order if you select a different delivery country. Customs delays are not within our control. We only offer duty prepaid shipping options. Certain local taxes may be charged and are paid by consignee at customs before dispatch.

Returns

Changed your mind? Send back unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Once they reach us and we have checked them, we will email you and refund you within 14 days.

Items are your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked, signed-for service. If something arrives faulty or not as described, your statutory rights are unaffected.
