Empty one sachet into a bottle, add 150ml of cold water; shake and consume immediately. Drink one sachet daily. You must dilute the sachet or you will not be able to absorb the ingredients. Calcium is responsible for numerous functions in the body. Vitamin D helps to synthesise enzymes present in the mucous membranes responsible for the active transport of available Calcium.

In addition to dietary forms, Vitamin D is known as ‘the sunshine vitamin’ as it is produced by the skin through exposure to sunlight.
